So that you and your guests may fully enjoy your event at Steep Hill Beach, we would like to make you aware of a few of the more important laws of the Commonwealth and policies of The Trustees of Reservations:

• The legal drinking age in Massachusetts is 21. Please remind guests that proof of age is required.
  
  
• Consumption or possession alcoholic beverages by persons under 21 is prohibited, even if provided by a parent or relative.
  
  
• Alcoholic beverages may be consumed in the designated picnic lawn only and are not allowed on the beachfront.
  
  
• Excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages and/or intoxication is strictly prohibited at Steep Hill Beach/Castle Hill.
  
  
• Guests who show objective evidence of intoxication may not consume alcoholic beverages. The Trustees reserve the right to prohibit the consumption of alcoholic beverages if there is excessive consumption by the User, the User's agents, contractors, vendors, invitees and/or guests.
  
  
• The use of buses and carpooling is encouraged.
  
  
• Please remind your caterer that food must be available during beverage service hours.
